Terms & Conditions

These Terms govern use of this website and services provided by DIGITAL FL TORIQUL LLC. A signed proposal, statement of work or written service agreement may add to or override these general terms for a specific project.

Services and scope

Services, deliverables, schedule, revisions and fees are defined in the applicable proposal or written agreement. Work outside that scope may require additional time and fees.

Client responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate information, lawful content, timely feedback, approvals, access credentials and payments. The client confirms that it owns or has permission to use all materials supplied to us.

Payments and delivery

Payments are due according to the agreed schedule. We may pause work or withhold final deliverables when an invoice is overdue. Timelines depend on timely client cooperation and third-party platforms.

Intellectual property

After full payment, the client receives the rights described in the project agreement. Pre-existing tools, reusable code, methods, open-source components, licensed assets and third-party materials remain subject to their existing ownership or licenses.

Third-party services

Hosting companies, app stores, advertising networks, search engines, payment processors and other third parties control their own platforms, policies, approvals, availability and fees. We do not guarantee platform approval, rankings, downloads, traffic, revenue or uninterrupted third-party service.

Warranties and liability

Services are provided with reasonable professional care. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses. Our aggregate liability will not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Termination

Either party may terminate as allowed by the applicable agreement. The client remains responsible for completed work, committed costs and fees due through the termination date.
